Add Custom Wallpaper Image To Windows 8 Start Screen
It has been around 2 weeks since Microsoft launched their whole new operating system, the Windows 8. The main feature of Windows 8 was it’s all new start screen. Check out Windows 8 Pro RTM : Screenshots.
Windows 8 brings fixed amount of colors and designs for Windows 8 Start Screen. You can’t set custom wallpaper image for the start screen.
Today I have come up here with an app which adds an custom Images directly to your start screen. The name of app is Decor8 and starts just from pricing of $4.99 and is also available for a 30 day free trial from here.
You can take a look at screenshot that I have changed the Start Screen to a custom wallpaper. This wallpaper looks better than the default design.
Decor8 has some more features. You can set custom time for each image to appear. You can select a bunch of Images and they will continue to change after a time limit you fixed. It is same as the wallpapers on the desktop but you can also change
It will also change the color scheme with the wallpaper. You can also define a custom color scheme to your Windows 8 PC.
